Get ready to ship
- Remove your fork and/or shock. Send just the suspension, not the whole bike.
- Find a box. One built for a fork or shock works best. Your local bike shop often has empty ones and will usually give one away for free.
- Pack it securely and write your name and phone number on the outside of the box.
What happens next
- We confirm your service and send shipping instructions.
- You ship it to our Irvine shop. Once it arrives, turnaround is typically 2–3 business days in the off-season (October–April) and 5–10 days in high season.
- We ship it back, fully serviced and ready to install, backed by our 90-day warranty.
