Here’s how it works: fill out the form below with your bike, fork, and shock details; we’ll follow up within one business day to confirm the service and send shipping instructions (or a prepaid label, if you choose that option); ship your fork or shock to our Irvine shop, where most services turn around in 2-3 business days once received; then we ship it back to you, fully serviced and ready to ride.
